Difficult or no energy to start training? You don't like sweating or you may think that taking a walk is boring, especially if you don't have a friend to walk with you?

But there is something better!

Water training - in the sea or in the pool!

Here comes a list of advantages of water training:

1. The effect of floating while training in the water is that you do not overload your muscles or joints. On the opposite, there can even be an advantage of strengthening your joints especially if you have a previous problem with pain.

'...aquatic exercise has moderate beneficial effects on pain, physical function, and quality of life in adults with musculoskeletal conditions.' (Barker et al. , 2014)

2. You can burn calories because of the resistance in the water.

3. You train your whole body at the same time but the parts that mainly like your waist, spine and legs get strengthenes which means that you can generally improve your balance.

4. You can adjust your training lie you wish while the advantages do not stop with the loss o weight but also continue through getting more muscle mass and youimprove your body shape.

'Compared with walking, swimming improved body weight, body fat distribution, and insulin in the short term and, in the longer term, body weight and lipid measures. These findings suggest that the type of exercise can influence health benefits.' (Cox et al. , 2010)

5. Finally, it is certain that it can be a more comfortable training since it is more cooling to be in the water than sweating in a gym.
