Philosophy

My Story
I have always been interested in nutrition because I have grown up in an environment with a focus on the Mediterranean diet in everyday life. According to studies, the Mediterranean diet is one of the best ways to have a good balance of the body and its nutrients and to maintain good dietary habits in the long term.
Becoming a nutritionist was natural for me. My interest is to share this knowledge and help other people reach their goals and keep their bodies healthy.
I have also participated in various seminars on how to use your inner power to reach your goal by getting to know yourself and the relationship with your body. I have experienced myself how a strengthening of my inner self has helped me in my private life, work and social relationships.
I feel that I can also help others with this because sometimes you need to find your inner motivation to be able to achieve what you want. In addition, my previous teaching training is a plus because I have the tools to be able to convey knowledge in a pedagogical way.
The Process
As an inspirer, I want to help you get in touch with your inner power and make a long-term change in your diet.
The process includes a free interview at the first meeting where I would like to know about your diet, routines, sleep patterns and of course your own goals.
Afterwards, you write a diary for 4 days (incl. a weekend) where you record everything you drink and eat. You send this to me so that I can do a dietary analysis.
The next step is for us to meet when I present you with the diet plan that I have created for you.You can optionally combine this with a meditation session so that I can inspire and help you focus on your goal and strengthen your relationship with your body.
The last step is that you get a follow-up every week and after a while every two weeks which eventually leads to once a month until you have created a long-term relationship with the diet and your body. You can also choose to combine all your follow-ups with a meditation session to be able to stay focused and strengthen your inner will.
